ACASH organizes National Handloom Expos / National Level Special Handlooms Expos on behalf of the office of Development Commissioner for Handloom, Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India. The basic aim behind organizing these exhibitions/expos is to provide marketing platform to handloom cooperative societies / weavers who develop and produce new handloom designs and products. The event is given wide coverage & publicity through press ads and other electronics media sources. In these events, participation of Handloom Corporations, Primary Handloom Weavers Cooperative Societies, National Awardees and NGO’s shall be considered only after recommendation by the Commissioner / Director In-charge of Handlooms of the State concerned.
